Tiers are at any fixed number of weekly recurring booked hours and include, in addition to the tier level price discounts, hours per week bill rate discounts and new or conditional prior tier client discounts with additional hours billed as Ad Hoc.

Projects are estimated based on scope, time frame to complete the project, and projected billable hours given availability of client resources. Hours exceeding the project's scope, time frame, or estimated billable hours are billed as Ad Hoc.

For advisory tiers, ad hoc hours are billed at the tier level rate of your weekly recurring booked hours. For consulting projects, ad hoc hours are billed at the rate per hour of your project’s estimated billable hours. For ad hoc hours outside of an existing advisory tier or consulting project agreement, hours are billed at our base bill rate with no discounts.
